To ensure this building is around for another 150 years, smoking is not permitted indoors.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra charge per person, with a maximum of four people in the Jazz Room and Old World Cottage.

Minimum stay and maximum fun are required during special events.

Room Cancellation Policy
* 30 Days notice required for return of deposit.
* Less than 30 days notice, no refund.
* 90 days notice required for return of deposit during "special events."
* 5% processing fee retained for all cancellations.
Cancellation refunds may take up to 30 days to process
“Special event” dates include, but are not limited to: New Year, Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Final Four, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Jazz Fest (last weekend of April and first weekend of May), July 4th (Essence Festival), Labor Day, Southern Decadence, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
